Upton Priory School — Re-surfacing and Line Marking
Re-surfacing of playground and external areas with new tarmac and thermoplastic line marking to create defined play and sports zones.

Construction of a new multi-use games area (MUGA) providing three netball courts and ten pickleball courts, including full groundworks, drainage, 3,000 m² tarmac resurfacing, 280 linear metres of 3.6 m high chainlink fencing, and court line markings.
Delivering a full multi-use games area on an occupied secondary academy site within a tight 6-week window, requiring careful sequencing of groundworks, drainage, surfacing, and fencing trades.
Clarke Lambert Construction phased the works to allow each trade to follow the previous without delay: groundworks and drainage first, followed immediately by tarmac resurfacing across the full 3,000 m², then fencing installation and finally court line markings. The programme was coordinated around the academy's timetable to minimise disruption to pupils.
New MUGA delivered on programme, providing Eaton Bank Academy with three netball courts and ten pickleball courts on a high-quality tarmac surface enclosed by 3.6 m chainlink fencing.
