The constrained urban site required simultaneous management of internal trades and external groundworks, with the school needing to maintain safe pedestrian access throughout.

The car park works were phased to maintain pedestrian access at all times, with temporary routes clearly signed and maintained. Internal remodelling — partition removal, new flooring, ceiling upgrades, and decoration — was sequenced to avoid conflict with the external programme.
